Niles Sankey - Designer
I've been an interactive experience designer in the gaming industry since 1999. During this time I've had the privilege to work with some of the smartest and most creative people in the gaming development world.
In my earlier life, I spent a great deal of time catching and studying lizards in the Arizona desert where I grew up. This eventually lead to an interest in biology and from there, the study of genetics. During my college years, I got involved with amateur video game development and soon realized I wanted to create interactive games for a living. I changed my educational focus to "computer systems engineering", where I learned both hardware and software programming. My first job in the game industry was at a small company in Iowa where I met some of my best friends and colleagues. I've had the privilege of working w some incredibly talented people and I'm grateful for the opportunities I've been given.
I current work on as a solo dev on independent games.
